A problem we hear quite often at Nilrust is, ‘Are there any products we have to eliminate the black raised spots and stains on paintwork caused by chemical fallout?’ Gladstone, like many areas in Australia, has a significant problem with chemical fallout. This causes tiny black raised spots – which after a period of time end up with a rust colour stain mark around each of the black dots – all over the external paintwork of cars and other vehicles in the area. Our agent in Gladstone has reported that he has often had to do full cut and polish, detailing and heavy buffing to remove this from cars – even those with paint protection supplied by other companies. However, he has never had a problem with any vehicles that have been treated with Nilrust Paint Protection.
Nilrust Electronic Corrosion Control System (NECCS) A customer went to one of our agents with an issue with his Electronic Unit that he had purchased from another company. He used his 4WD vehicle regularly at the beach and in the bush. At one point, he had done a creek crossing and water had entered the Electronic Unit. This created a short in the circuitry which caused overheating and consequently a small fire. He came to Nilrust and asked one of our agents if the Nilrust Electronic Corrosion Control System would be a suitable replacement which would have precautions to help prevent similar problems. Firstly, he was informed that in the manufacturing process, after the assembly, the cavity of the unit containing the circuitry is filled with resin to ensure that the unit is 100% waterproof. Secondly, all our units are equipped with an in-line fuse connected between the unit and the positive terminal of the battery. Nearly all other systems do not have both the precautions in their manufacture and fittings. Recently, one manufacturer has had a major recall of all units fitted to vehicles between 2008-2011 because of overheating, fires and explosions of their units.
Thanks for your help and advice today regarding your Nilrust product Endurolife (the pink Stuff!) Like I said on the phone, I have used another product for years that I have been happy with, but fortunately, thanks to my friends at Huston Nissan, when I purchased my new Nissan Murano, they gave me a sample of Endurolife. It was like opening a new door!!!!! The difference was just amazing, we are talking about a new car remember, but each time I use it, it’s as if I have just had it professionally detailed. Thankyou Nilrust, I’ve now not only got protection underneath and inside, but also with the paintwork as well.
Once again the finished result is brilliant; the paint finish has an incredible level of depth and reflectivity. The feel of the paint work after its application is smoother than silk what a great product. You cannot compare this product to any wax or polish with its durability and ease of maintenance. An example of the products durability is our recently sold company D40 Navara that travelled regularly to the mines in the Hunter Valley. After 3 years of work the vehicle paint looked better than show room, when sold the new owner was gob smacked when he was told it had never been polished but treated with Nilrust paint protection. I’m a car enthusiast, if you love your car, you’ll love Nilrust paint protection. The car always looks great, dirt falls away easily, bugs don’t stick and it lasts.

Nilrust Electronic Corrosion Control Systems (NECCS) Like many car enthusiasts, a cost efficient way to protect cars against rust and corrosion is a major concern. A customer of Nilrust living in Swansea, Newcastle right by the ocean, buys, renovates and sells classic cars. Rust and corrosion was a constant worry for this customer when he contacted Nilrust. Upon Nilrust’s recommendation, we have found a solution to the problem! Depending on the type of vehicle, the customer will either use a Nilrust Electronic Unit or use our Nilrust Chemical Underbody Products, or both. This has been found to be the most efficient way to protect his valuable vehicles as some of them are stored outside and exposed to the environment for many months at a time. When he sells his cars, he mainly sells them with the Rustproofing System on it – much to the delight of his customers!
